Just Imagine - Banana Walnut Cake with Brown Butter Icing

I'm finally here. Do excuse the short post; I write this as she plays shopkeeper with me where I am the shopkeeper that keeps giving her "dollars" back to her once she's had her tea & cake and asks me in a squeaky voice if Bun the bunny can come to the shop. :)
Her imagination is through the roof that I can hardly keep up! It's the daily interactions the kids have with everyone else that they seem to play out with their toys in surprising likeness!

Dark Chocolate Chiffon Bundt Cake with Pink Frosting

Heyya!

Sorry for the delay again. Been quite hectic with work and other commitments.
Anyway, like I said, have great things to share with you!

Recently I celebrated my 23rd birthday with my twin sister, Becca. Yes, I have a twin. We're hardly alike but I feel that we've grown closer with age. (: One bonus of growing older.

Here's one of the 3 that didn't sit well with my palate though my parents seemed to like it quite a bit.

And as promised, here's the first of 6 Christmas goodies I baked for this year...

I'm not sure how many actually drink Eggnog but here's the Wikipedia definition:

Apple & Cinnamon Bundt Cake

I had an itch to use my precious bundt pan and I did yesterday evening. It was tricky choosing which cake to do and I finally settled for a simple apple & cinnamon cake. It smelt, tasted and felt amazing. (: Next time I'd make the icing a tad bit thicker. Hohum.

But it's definitely a keeper! Do try it if you can. (:
