Memory - Matcha Mochi

I have an appalling memory if I don't concentrate. There are photos of items I've baked that have never made it to this page because I forgot where the recipe is. Pretty frustrating.
I really must make it a point to write down/save the recipe as I go along.

I still have some red bean paste left from a while ago so I figured I'd try my hand at making mochi since I've been craving it for a while. This mochi wasn't sweet enough for me though the red bean was pretty tasty.

Japanese Cheese Cake

This recipe is a dream. I'm not a huge fan of the conventional cheese cake and this is the only cheese cake I'll eat. It's really simple and I'd say try it! Not just try eating it but try making it! :D

Despite the great number of eggs and very little flour, the cake was light and fluffy.
